Stretch Therapy
Stretching is one of the most valuable assets to our health and wellness, and an important factor in reaching our fitness goals.
Our gentle, yet effective, stretching and self-care classes will help you reach greater mobility, increase your range of motion, and help with injury prevention.
Classes are kept small so we can guarantee personalized support with every move. No matter your fitness level, you’ll be guided through stretches and movements that will leave you feeling relaxed and grounded.



Deep stretching Class
This class is taught at a very slow pace with a meditative approach to help you restore your body and calm your mind. You will experience a sense of grounding and centeredness as this class is taught close to your mat with little to no standing. Neither experience nor flexibility are required! It is a class for all levels with the intention of allowing the muscles to relax and lengthen. Although this class is for everyone, it is especially helpful for people who suffer from tight muscles, stress, or chronic pains.

● Alert your instructor of any injuries so they can provide modification options.

WHAT IS THE MELT METHOD?
Not foam rolling. Not stretching. Not exercise.
It’s science-backed self-care that’ll keep you active and free from pain.
MELT Method is a gentle self-care technique that enhances mobility, stability, and performance through the usage of specially-designed soft rollers and balls.
MELT RESTORES YOUR FASCIA TO A HEALTHY, SUPPORTIVE STATE.
Fascia is the supportive connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ, bone, blood vessel, and nerve fiber in your body.
So what causes the dehydration there that can lead to things like back pain, joint pain, tension, headaches and instability?
Our repetitive, everyday motions lead to the dehydration we call Stuck Stress.
When you use MELT’s specific techniques, you help undo this Stuck Stress by bringing a flush of fresh fluid through the system to restore your fascia’s supportive, supple nature. You are also able to release compression and tension that brings imbalance and misalignment.

YOMASSAGE™
What is Yomassage™?
Though Yomassage™ classes are offered in a group setting, your licensed therapist is trained to make sure everyone receives individual treatment in a comfortable, welcoming, and open environment. Your therapist will walk you through a series of comfortable and supported Yomassage™ positions that are held for five to 10 minutes. While relaxing into the positions, your therapist will guide you through breathwork to induce mindfulness and deep relaxation. By the end of the class, you will have received a full body massage, as well as complete mental rejuvenation.
A maximum of five students will be allowed in each Yomassage™ session. Classes are kept small so that each client can receive individual therapist attention. You can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music, and all tools and materials will be provided. Yomassage™ classes are meant for all skill levels, and no experience is required to attend.
